Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer a limited-time refund window for orders placed on adirea.com.
- You may request a full refund if you contact us before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day following your order.
- Requests made after 12:00 PM the next day will not be eligible for a refund, as we begin order processing and dispatch immediately after this time.
To Request a Refund:
- Email us at support@adirea.com or call us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
- If the refund request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Refunds are not applicable once the cut-off time has passed, even if the order has not yet been shipped.
Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of haircare products, we do not accept returns.
However, in the rare instance that you receive a defective or incorrect product due to an error on our part, we are happy to provide a free replacement.
Conditions for Replacement:
- You must inform us of the issue within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide:
- Clear photo or video evidence of the defect/damage
- Order ID and contact details
- Phone confirmation to our support team
Steps for Replacement:
- Email your complaint and evidence to support@adirea.com
- Call us to confirm the issue
- Once approved, you must send the product back to us at the return address provided
- After verification, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge
Note: Returns received after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for replacement.
- We reserve the right to deny replacement if the provided evidence is insufficient or if the product shows signs of use.
- Replacements will be offered only once per order, for genuine issues.
