At Adiréa, we are committed to delivering high-quality haircare products and ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances can change, and we offer a limited-time refund window for orders placed on adirea.com.

  • You may request a full refund if you contact us before 12:00 PM (noon) on the day following your order.
  • Requests made after 12:00 PM the next day will not be eligible for a refund, as we begin order processing and dispatch immediately after this time.

To Request a Refund:

  • Email us at support@adirea.com or call us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
  • If the refund request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Refunds are not applicable once the cut-off time has passed, even if the order has not yet been shipped.


Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of haircare products, we do not accept returns.

However, in the rare instance that you receive a defective or incorrect product due to an error on our part, we are happy to provide a free replacement.

Conditions for Replacement:

  • You must inform us of the issue within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide:
    • Clear photo or video evidence of the defect/damage
    • Order ID and contact details
    • Phone confirmation to our support team

Steps for Replacement:

  1. Email your complaint and evidence to support@adirea.com
  2. Call us to confirm the issue
  3. Once approved, you must send the product back to us at the return address provided
  4. After verification, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge

Note: Returns received after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage are not eligible for replacement.
  • We reserve the right to deny replacement if the provided evidence is insufficient or if the product shows signs of use.
  • Replacements will be offered only once per order, for genuine issues.
